Our fields of work include among others the design and investigation of innovative power electronic topologies, the characterization of power semiconductors of different technologies (silicon or wide-bandgap based) and the simulation of circuits and components. In addition to our focus on purely scientific activities, we are also involved in various research projects with industrial companies.

For our scientific analyses we have a wide range of high-quality laboratory equipment and measurement instruments at our disposal.
